This is Jack's story. He died a horrible, needless death after 15 hours of suffering in the ER at VSC, in November 2017. I will tell his story soon, it is an important one for every dog parent to hear. I put my trust in the doctors at VSC and it cost Jack his life. If I had chosen a different ER that night, my beloved heart dog would have been spared unimaginable suffering, and I will have to live with that the rest of my life. I still cry every day over what was done to him. I think it speaks volumes that VSC's response to the calls and inquiries from me and my regular vet was to refund my entire $8300, including the part that paid for Jack's cremation.
